A huge hit at RAW it is from organically farmed cool site Blaufrnkisch that was partly destemmed. Some whole cluster, native yeast fermentation in a semi closed container. The juice is moved by gravity into 1200 liter Austrian barrels and left to age without intervention, stirring or additives. Bottled in February.
