Bottled at 45% ABV. Uncle Val's Restorative Gin is made with four botanicals juniper, coriander, cucumber and rose petals that are infused with a neutral grain spirit. After distillation, it is bottled at 45% ABV. Tasting Notes: Nose: Crisp juniper berry, soft gourdy cucumber and the slightest hint of rose petal.
