The nose shows cassis, blackberry, and black cherry fruit, herbal notes of spearmint, eucalyptus, roasted red pepper, and black olive, and hints of smoke, clove, earth, and cocoa. On the palate there is a little bit more cocoa and vanilla oak, and a touch of anise, but the fruit and savoury herbal
