The grapes are harvested from the small family based organic vineyard in the village Orbeli (Tsageri), North Western Georgia, Lechkhumi region, 700 m. a. s. l. Wine is fermented naturally with full skin in Kvevri and aged in Kvevri for 7 months. Produced in limited quantity 400 bottles.
