Whole bunch fermentation in fibreglass and 9 month elevage in old burgundy barrels. They have a 2 hectare vineyard in Chassey le Camp the town just above Bouzeron and just across the Saone River from Chassagne in Burgundy. Same aspect as mid slope Chassagne Puligny. Really elegant Pinot.
