It is pale yellow in color, the intensity of which varies according to the year, intensely fruity, aromatic and lingering. The sweetness is in balance with the low alcohol (5. 5%) and acidity, never too high, but that gives the product a pleasant freshness. It is vinified exclusively in steel tanks.
