On the nose, dark red raspberry and cherry fruit mingle with notes of earthy spice and smoke. On the palate, the fruit stays dark and present but the rich earth, smoke and spice notes take center stage, making this one of Pascals most savory Pinot Noirs. The finish is earthy, smoky and firm, with the fine tannins helping
