I'm not convinced that this is the most compelling aesthetic that a Cabernet-based blend from this part of Bordeaux can realize

this wine continually shows beautiful aromatics of brambly berries and baking spice

it has plenty of chocolatey black raspberry and cherry fruits as well as loads of minerality

Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot that shows how well those varieties work together in tempering some of the intense natural richness that seems to come so easily here

Domaine de la Baume La Baume Rosé 2020 (750ml) Cotes du Rhone I'm not convinced that thisPineapple core and soursop reveal themselves on first nosing, with additional scents of pink grapefruit and raspberry shortly behind. The palate continues on the fruit forward trajectory, with acidity that starts off soft on the sip but builds with ample cleansing presence through the refreshing and well balanced close.
