2015 Frontenac Blanc Sec asw-waiters-friend-corkscrew rose waterTraditional method sparkling made from 100% Nova Scotian grapes. Although technically a Sec wine, this wine comes off dry with bright zippy acidity. Winemaker's Notes: The grapes for this wine come from Goose Landing Vineyard located near Truro. 2015 was the third crop from this new vineyard making this a very limited production.
