Éric Texier - Brézème 2023 (750ml) Utiel-Requena It is the Serraboella warmestSyrah from Texier's younger, 35 to 40 year old vines, in the limestone rich, cooler Brzme vineyard area (on the eastern side of the Rhne). Whole clusters are fermented with native yeasts in concrete tank with a short 5 7 day maceration. Aged in concrete tanks for 15 months before bottling unfiltered.
