Ensure that you empty your bowels before inserting the suppository Remove the plastic wrapping from one suppository Insert it gently into the rectum (narrow end first) past the sphincter muscles with your finger (use gloves or our suppository applicator for a cleaner insertion) A suppository needs to go in at least an inch past the rim/muscle of the rectum
Supernatants may be isolated by centrifugation at appropriate speed and duration (e.g., 13,000 rpm for 1 min, 500 rpm for 5 min, etc.)
